Why External Insulation?

External Insulation

External Insulation consists of fixing EPS (expanded polystyrene) insulation to the exterior walls of a building. The insulation boards are then reinforced with basecoat and mesh and finally they are rendered with an extremely durable protective acrylic render finish in a colour of your choice. Powder coated window cills are then fitted to complete the look of this relatively low maintenance façade.

1

Unlike other forms of insulation eg. Internal drylining, External Insulation wraps the entire building therefore preventing the possibility of cold bridging.

2

Increases the comfort and value of your home.
